Centurion Laboratories Div. Of Centurion Remedies Pvt. Ltd. was started by Mr.A V Patel, a Pharmacy Graduate from L.M. College Of Pharmacy, as a proprietary concern for the manufacturing of Pharmaceutical formulations in 1986, at Gorwa Industrial Estate, Vadodara. Since then the company has constantly grown and the sales has increased from 5 mn INR to 100 mn INR in 2008-09.

In 2003-04 the proprietorship was changed to a private limited company with four directors and Mr. A V Patel as the Managing director of the Company. The company also started the Beta lactam manufacturing unit with WHO GMP compliance as a part of its expansion plans. The company exports medicines to African and South East Asian Countries.
